INSURANCE

Medical services are provided and billed by our clinic. We participate in many of the major health insurance plans in Central Oregon. We recommend you check with your plan specifically to ensure our providers are in network.  Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance for which you could be responsible.

If you do not have insurance or if we do not take your insurance, you can still schedule a visit.

Established Patient Office Visit - $175

Wellness Visit - $150-200
