INSURANCE

Medical services are provided and billed by our clinic and we participate in many of the major health insurance plans in the Central Oregon. We recommend you check with your plan specifically to ensure our providers are in network.  Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.

Self Pay

If you do not have insurance or if we do not take your insurance, you can still schedule a visit. We offer a 20% discount on the prices below when paid in full at the appointment.

Wellness Visit - $310-$350
